Privacy policy

CludCampus is a college companion used by students, faculty, heads of department, the Principal and the College Office. This policy explains what the app stores and who can see it.

Who runs it

The live campus in this demonstration is ASN Degree College, Tenali. The College Office is the data controller for roll numbers, attendance and fees shown in the app. Contact the office at office@asndc.ac.in.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, role, programme, year and roll number — from the college roll.
• Attendance, leave, fees, notices you open, Friday Skill votes, and class-swap requests you send or answer.
• A one-time password on sign-in. For this demonstration the code is issued on screen; a live campus would send SMS.

Where it is stored

This demonstration keeps session and overlay data on the device (browser storage). It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising. A production campus would keep the same kinds of records on college-controlled servers in India.

Who can see it

Students see their own attendance, fees and notices. Faculty see their class register. HOD and Principal see department or college summaries. The College Office can add users, change roles and turn a login off. We do not share records with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

Turn notification types off under Notification settings. Sign out from More. Ask the College Office to disable a login if you have left the college. For a correction to attendance, use Request correction — do not ask another student to sign in as you.

Children

CludCampus is for enrolled degree-college students and staff, typically 18 and above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after that date means you have read the new text.
